DEFINITIONS
Except as otherwise expressly provided in other specific provisions of the terms listed below have in these terms of purchase , the meaning that is attributed to them in the following definitions:
- To WORKING DAYS are the days when our offices are open for normal business ( generally every day from 9 am to 20 excluding Saturdays, Sundays , holidays and during certain exceptional circumstances which we will give timely notice on this site) .
- We consider FORCE MAJEURE situations resulting (directly or indirectly ) any strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, proven inability to procure products, materials or services , breakdowns , delays by suppliers or carriers, laws or government regulations or any other cause or event beyond our control. The above is provided as an example only . There are other events that may constitute force majeure.
In any case, the customer will be promptly informed via e-mail or telephone notification .
OBJECT
These terms of purchasing authority for the purchase of religious items and complementary carried out remotely via computer network at " www.ricordapadrepio.it " belonging to Mariangela Masciale based in San Giovanni Rotondo (FG) , Viale Aldo Moro, 163 . These purchases are reserved for customers direct users . Every purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no . 185/99 and , as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the rules laid down in Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
By placing an order online, the customer transmits Ricordapadrepio.it a proposal to purchase the product and / or products in the cart . When the customer places an order online for the products you have added to your basket , agrees to buy them at the price and terms set out in these terms of purchase. Ricordapadrepio.it send the customer an e-mail of acceptance and confirmation of the order containing the number , the date and the total amount of the order and manner of delivery of the product. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The present general conditions of purchase must be examined online by customers before sending their orders. The forwarding order implies their full knowledge and full acceptance .
The Client agrees and undertakes, once the purchase process online, in print and save these Terms and Conditions of Sale , already read and accepted during the purchase process , in order to fully satisfy the conditions laid in Articles . 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. N . 185/1999 .
PRICES
All prices on the site include VAT .
The prices quoted on this website are the sale prices currently in force.
PAYMENTS
Payment for the products purchased and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer when placing the order through the use of a credit card available and indicated on-line by Bank Transfer ( in this case the ' order will be processed upon receipt of the CRO number or at the time of crediting the amount to the bank ), or upon receipt of the goods by COD .
DELIVERY
In case of acceptance of the order it is stated that :
- Shipments will be made the same day of order or the next business day , except for the cases in which it is stated that the goods ordered is not in stock , so waiting for arrival by the producer at our warehouse;
- If the order was carried out in a non-working day , the goods will be sent in any case the next succeeding Business Day .
There may be exceptions in the case of FORCE MAJEURE .
The goods will be delivered by a courier service to your door. For delivery means delivery of the goods to the carrier. Delivery times described during the checkout process on the website depends on the shipping method used , depending on size and weight of the items purchased . The courier will deliver the goods only against a signature confirming receipt of the same .
In the event that the goods shipped by courier does not arrive within the stipulated period , the customer must contact Ricordapadrepio.it at the number listed on this site .
In the event that the goods have not been delivered to the inability of the customer to receive it , it will first have to contact the courier company through the references that are left from the same carrier for cases of non- receipt of the goods and , in the case where this operation is not possible, please contact our warehouse through the contacts published on Ricordapadrepio.it .
LIABILITY FOR DELAY IN DELIVERY
If the shipment of the goods can not be done within the agreed time or the courier charge fails to deliver the goods within the expected delivery time , Ricordapadrepio.it
will contact the customer as soon as possible and , according to the needs of the latter, will seek to establish another delivery time.
In the event that you are unable to reach an agreement to that effect, Ricordapadrepio.it will refund the customer the full amount paid .
IMPORTANT: In case of return , the customer must apply on the outer packaging of the goods to return the label that gets attached to the transport document , where it will transcribe the information received.
As the only burden , and if the error is not depended on a fact attributable to Ricordapadrepio.it the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods.
The goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging , complete with all its parts , without having suffered any damage .
Upon his arrival at the warehouse , the goods will be examined and , if damaged or tampered with , a refund can not be exercised
Ricordapadrepio.it will refund the customer the full amount paid within the statutory time limits . Reimbursement will be made by crediting the amount due on the credit card used by the Customer to purchase subject to redemption , or on the bank account or postal address given by the customer.
The Buyer shall promptly provide to Ricordapadrepio.it any and all information necessary for a proper and calls for the reimbursement process.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be addressed directly to Ricordapadrepio.it , which is committed to respond to complaints within two working days.
JURISDICTION
For any dispute the jurisdiction is in Foggia .
