  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ricordapadrepio.it is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
5. Refund Timeframe and Methods
  • Once we receive the package and verify the integrity of the products, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
  • The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
